Format: Full-screen vertical video ad, 9:16 aspect ratio
- Recommended Resolution: 1080 (w) x 1920 (h)
- File type: mp4
- Max. video size: 1.5 MB
- Length: 6 to 10 seconds
Requirements:
- Provided destination URL must work in mobile Chrome.
- Total initial page load size cannot exceed 1 MB.

Format: Full-screen vertical static ad, 9:16 aspect ratio
- Recommended Resolution: 1080 (w) x 1920 (h)
- File type: png, jpeg, jpg
- Max. file size: 50KB

Chatbot Integration

- Mobile phone number (not registered on Moya, ideally the one the customer uses for WhatsApp API if they use it) the number will receive messages on replies
- Event URL – URL to receive messages (includes the secret string) – they determine how they use the secret string, could be as path in URL or could be included in query string (as parameter value)
- Bot name – name as it should appear in Moya chat – length preferably should be X characters
- Logo – to appear in Moya chat – minimum 256×256 and square, will be cut into circle, png or jpeg
